WATER CONSERVATION URGED
DURING THE DARBY FIRE

Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) has restored water service to the area along Highway 4 southwest of Foster Court in the Hanford Hill area. While all services are currently operational, CCWD is urging all customers in the Ebbetts Pass corridor to conserve water in order to protect water reserves that could be used to fight the Darby Fire. Customers are being asked to discontinue any landscape watering and limit the use of all household appliances that utilize water until the fire is under control.

Outages can be anticipated throughout the course of the fire. Please contact Larry Diamond at the main office at 754-3543 x20 only if you experience an extended outage.
